Is this right for my level?
Yes, from beginner to advanced amateur. If you’re starting out, Part 1 opens with “how to hold your camera,” and every idea is explained with no jargon. If you already have the basics, Parts 5 to 7 (practice by genre, situation recipes, checklists) will do more for you. Nothing forces you to follow the order.
Can’t I find all of this free online?

Will this work with my camera?
Yes, whatever body you shoot with: DSLR, mirrorless, bridge, even a smartphone in manual mode. The cheat sheets explain the concepts, not one brand’s buttons. Where the labels differ from one manufacturer to the next (A/Av, S/Tv), both are given.
How long before I see progress?
Mostly it depends on how much you shoot. What changes on your very first outing is that you start from a deliberate setting instead of guessing. The rest comes with repetition: the exposure triangle usually takes a few weeks to feel natural, composition longer. Nobody can promise you a precise timeline, and I’d be wary of anyone who does.
